Civil Liberties

1. Repeal Patriot Act and other 4th amendment individual privacy eroding actions.
2. Repeal NDAA (indefinite detention of American citizens) and affirm Article 1, Section 9 of the U.S. Constitution along with Amendment 6 of the Bill of Rights. Prisoners taken by the United States on any level should be treated to these standards, regardless of military action.
